Understanding minutes

One minute = one minute of active AI call handling. Phone calls use 1 credit/min. Website widget calls use 0.5 credits/min. Minutes reset at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over.

How many minutes do you need?
A typical AI-handled call lasts 2–4 minutes. If you get 100 calls a month, that's roughly 200–400 minutes. The AMPLIFY plan at 400 min comfortably covers a medium-volume business.

Understanding agents

Each agent is a separate AI voice persona — its own configuration, voice, system prompt, training, and phone number. Common reasons to run multiple agents:
