The VoiceForge Pro dashboard is where you manage everything — agents, call records, phone numbers, and your account. This article explains every section so you always know where to go.
The main navigation
After logging in you'll see a top bar with four main sections. On mobile, these are behind the ☰ menu icon.
- Dashboard — top-level view of agents, call volumes, minutes used, and plan status
- Agents — create, configure, and manage all your AI voice agents
- Phone Numbers — rent new numbers, view active rentals, assign numbers to agents
- Subscription — view your plan, usage, upgrade options, and billing history
The dashboard home
The dashboard home gives you an instant snapshot of your account. You'll see:
The Agents page
Go to Agents to see all your configured voice agents. Each card shows the agent's name, assigned phone number, and status. Click Edit to open the full agent editor.
The agent editor has tabs for: Agent Details, Training Material, Agent Setup, Telephone, Integrations, Test Mode, Widget Setup, Widget Demo, Analytics, and Leads. See The agent builder explained for a full walkthrough.
The Phone Numbers page
Go to Phone Numbers to view active rentals and buy new ones. Your plan determines how many numbers you can hold. Each number is assigned to one agent. Cancelling a number keeps it usable until the end of the billing period.
Analytics and call data
Each agent has its own Analytics tab inside the editor — showing total calls, unique callers, minutes used, leads captured, bookings confirmed, and resolution rate. Use Export all to CSV to download the raw data.
The Leads tab lists every call where your agent captured the caller's name and contact details, with urgency flagging and WhatsApp alert options.
What to do next
Now that you know the layout, it's time to build your first agent.
