Account setup

  • Create your account at voiceforge.pro — no credit card needed
  • Verify your email address (check spam if you don't see it within 2 minutes)
  • Complete your profile — business name, time zone, notification email

Build your agent

  • Go to Agents → Create Agent
  • Set agent name, business name, and opening greeting
  • Add your website URL and click Scrape
  • Add your top 5 FAQs manually
  • Upload any key documents (price list, service guide) as PDF or TXT
  • Click Sync to Voice Agent to push all training live
  • Write or paste your system prompt in Agent Setup
  • Choose a voice character — listen to all samples first

Get a phone number

  • Go to Phone Numbers → Buy a new number
  • Select your country and click Search numbers
  • Select a number from the results — provisioned and assigned instantly

Test before going live

  • Open your agent's Test Mode tab
  • Click Start Voice Call and have a conversation as a caller would
  • Try edge cases — things you didn't add to training, interruptions, awkward pauses
  • Refine your system prompt or FAQs based on what you hear
  • Click Sync to Voice Agent again after any changes

Go live

  • Forward your existing business number to your VoiceForge number — or use the VoiceForge number directly
  • Call your number from a different phone to confirm it connects
  • Check your dashboard — your test call should appear with a full summary

Check your dashboard each morning. Calls where the agent struggled point directly to gaps in training material or your system prompt.

Add FAQs for questions callers actually asked. Update your system prompt. Sync after every change.

The Analytics tab shows call volumes, lead capture rates, and urgency breakdowns once enough calls have come in.
