VoiceForge Pro supports phone number provisioning across 40+ countries. This article lists the supported regions, notes any country-specific requirements, and explains what to do if your country isn't listed.
Coverage overview
Numbers are available in all major English-speaking markets and an expanding list of European, Asia-Pacific, and Latin American countries. Coverage is updated regularly — if a country you need isn't listed, contact support as it may have been added recently.
Tier 1 — Full coverage (all number types)
These countries have local, mobile, and national number types available with immediate provisioning and the highest number pool availability.
Tier 2 — Europe
European coverage includes most EU member states and several non-EU countries. Number types vary by country.
Tier 3 — Asia-Pacific & Americas
Country-specific requirements
Some countries require identity or address verification before a number can be provisioned. This is a regulatory requirement imposed by local telecoms authorities — not a VoiceForge policy.
| Country | Requirement | What to expect |
|---|---|---|
| Germany | Local address required | You'll need to provide a verifiable German address before a local number can be provisioned. National numbers have no requirement. |
| France | Business registration | French local numbers require proof of a registered French business. National numbers are available without verification. |
| India | Identity verification | Indian numbers require KYC (Know Your Customer) verification. Contact support to begin this process before selecting an Indian number. |
| Brazil | CPF or CNPJ required | A Brazilian tax ID is required. Contact support before provisioning a Brazilian number. |
| All others | None | No verification required — numbers provision immediately. |
My country isn't listed
If your country doesn't appear in the dropdown, it's currently not supported. A few options:
- Use your existing number with call forwarding — provision a number in a supported country and forward your existing local number to it. See How to forward your phone number. Your callers still dial your local number, and VoiceForge handles the call.
- Request country addition — email [email protected] with your country. We prioritise coverage additions based on demand.
