Beyond the agent itself, you can personalise the broader VoiceForge Pro experience for your agency — from custom logos in the dashboard to your own subdomain for the help centre. This article covers every available branding option.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding
  2. Click Upload logo and select your agency's logo file
  3. Accepted formats: PNG, SVG. Recommended size: 400×120px or similar horizontal format
  4. The logo replaces the VoiceForge Pro wordmark in the dashboard navigation
  5. Click Save

Logo applies to your dashboard, not callers
The logo you upload appears in your VoiceForge Pro dashboard. Callers never see a dashboard — their experience is entirely voice-based. The white-label for callers is handled through the agent's name, system prompt, and IVR message.

Brand accent colour

The accent colour affects highlights, buttons, and active states throughout your dashboard. Set it to match your agency's brand palette:

  1. Go to Settings → Branding → Colours
  2. Enter your hex colour code (e.g. #2563EB for blue, #16A34A for green)
  3. Preview updates in real time
  4. Click Save

Custom subdomain (SURGE and above)

On SURGE, ASCEND, and FORGE plans, you can set a custom subdomain for your VoiceForge dashboard — for example, agents.youragency.com instead of app.voiceforge.pro. This makes the platform feel fully owned by your agency.

Go to Settings → Branding → Custom domain
Enter the subdomain you want to use, e.g. agents.youragency.com.

Add a CNAME record in your DNS
Log in to your domain registrar (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare, etc.) and add a CNAME record pointing your chosen subdomain to custom.voiceforge.pro.

Verify in VoiceForge
Return to Settings → Branding → Custom domain and click Verify. DNS propagation can take up to 24 hours, though it's often faster.

SSL is provisioned automatically
Once verified, an SSL certificate is issued automatically. Your custom domain is available over HTTPS with no extra steps.

Popular subdomain choices include voice.youragency.com, agents.youragency.com, or ai.youragency.com. Pick something that sounds natural when you mention it to clients — "log in at agents.youragency.com" is a professional touch that reinforces your brand.

Custom email notifications

By default, email notifications are sent from a VoiceForge Pro address. On FORGE plan, you can configure a custom sender email so notifications arrive from your agency domain:

  1. Go to Settings → Notifications → Email sender
  2. Enter the email address you want to send from (e.g. [email protected])
  3. Verify domain ownership by adding a DNS TXT record as instructed
  4. Once verified, all system notification emails come from your domain
