Every paid plan comes with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. This article explains exactly what you get during the trial, what happens when it ends, and how to make the most of it.

What the trial includes

Your free trial gives you full access to the plan you sign up for — every feature, the full credit allowance, all integrations. There are no artificial restrictions during the trial period.

📅
14 full days
Your trial starts the moment you create your account and select a plan. It runs for exactly 14 calendar days.
💳
No card required
You don't need to enter payment details to start. You only provide them if you choose to continue after the trial.
Full feature access
Every feature of your chosen plan is available — including white-label, Google Calendar, WhatsApp, recordings, and all integrations.
Full credit allowance
You receive the full monthly credit allowance for your chosen plan during the trial period — not a reduced trial allocation.
ℹ️
SIGNAL plan has no trial — it's free forever
The SIGNAL plan is permanently free and doesn't have a trial period. The 14-day free trial applies to LIVE and above. If you start on SIGNAL and upgrade, your 14-day trial starts from the date of upgrade.

Trial timeline

Day 1
Trial begins
Your account is created, your chosen plan is active, and your full credit allowance is available. Build your first agent and get it live.
Day 7
Halfway reminder
You'll receive an email reminder that 7 days remain. If you haven't built your first agent yet, this is a prompt to do it.
Day 12
Trial ending soon
A second reminder email goes out 48 hours before the trial ends. You can add payment details at any time from Settings → Billing.
Day 14
Trial ends
If you haven't added a payment method, your account is paused — your agents stop answering calls but your data is preserved. You have 30 days to reactivate before the account is deleted.
Day 14+
Subscription begins
If you've added payment details, your subscription starts the day after the trial ends. A new credit allowance is issued and billing is set to the same date each month going forward.

What happens when the trial ends

There are three scenarios depending on your action before Day 14:

ScenarioWhat happens
You add payment details before Day 14Subscription starts automatically on Day 15. No interruption to service. Agents keep answering calls.
Trial ends with no payment methodAccount is paused. Agents stop answering. All your data — agents, call logs, transcripts — is preserved for 30 days. You can reactivate at any time during this window.
30 days pass with no reactivationAccount is permanently deleted. Data cannot be recovered. An email warning is sent at Day 14 and Day 30.
⚠️
Export your data before the account deletion deadline
If you decide VoiceForge Pro isn't right for you, export your call records and transcripts from the Analytics tab before Day 30. Go to Agents → Edit → Analytics → Export all to CSV for each agent.

Making the most of your trial

14 days is enough time to go from zero to a fully operational AI agent — if you focus. Here's the recommended path:

  • Day 1–2: Build your first agent. Follow the Quick start checklist. Get it live and receiving calls.
  • Day 3–5: Run real calls. Call your own agent from different phones. Review the transcripts — are the summaries accurate? Is the urgency detection working?
  • Day 5–7: Connect Google Calendar and WhatsApp. Test booking flow end to end. Confirm the calendar event looks right and the WhatsApp confirmation lands.
  • Day 7–10: Refine your system prompt based on what you've seen in the transcripts. Add FAQs you missed. Adjust the voice and call behaviour.
  • Day 10–14: Evaluate. Is the plan the right size? Are you hitting credits? Would you benefit from upgrading or downgrading before your billing starts?
💡
Go live on Day 1, even if imperfect
The fastest way to learn is real calls. Don't spend the whole trial in test mode. Forward your existing number on Day 1, let the agent handle real calls, and use the transcripts to improve. An agent that's live and imperfect is more valuable than a perfect agent that never receives a call during your trial.

Changing your plan during the trial

You can switch to a different plan at any time during the trial. If you upgrade, you immediately get the higher plan's limits and credit allowance. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at the start of the next billing period (which, during a trial, is Day 15).

You can trial any plan. If you want to evaluate FORGE features for your agency before committing, start on FORGE — you'll have 14 days at no cost.
